This dashboard page allows to get a better understanding of your conversions.

It is composed of three main sections:

  • Won/Lost Rate by Opportunity Type
  • Conversion Rate by Opportunity Type
  • Performance by Account

 

Won/Lost Rate by Opportunity Type

This DataViz shows Won/Lost Rate by Average Opportunity Size Bucket and Opportunity Type.

In the background, the gray area shows Nb of Won Opportunities.

 

Conversion Rate by Opportunity Type

This DataViz shows Conversion Rate by Average Opportunity Size Bucket and Opportunity Type.

In the background, the gray area shows Total Sales Value.

 

Performance by Account

This DataViz shows your conversion KPIs (at the level of detail you select in the drop down list):

 

Select Dimension

'Select Dimension' selector allows you to easily switch from one dimension (analytical axis) to another, so you can analyze your data from any point of view.

The list of available dimensions is defined during the configuration of your dashboard in LinPack.

In your Pipeline / Opportunities (advanced) dashboard, you will be able to select the following dimensions:

  • Opportunity IdOpportunity Unique Identifier
  • AccountCustomer/Prospect
  • Opportunity OwnerOwner of the opportunity
  • Opportunity TypeType of Opportunity
  • Opportunity DescriptionOpportunity Description
  • Opportunity StageOpportunity Stage (according to your standards)
  • Open Flag"Y" if the opportunity is Open
  • Won Flag"Y" if the opportunity is Closed and Won
  • Created DateOpportunity Creation Date
  • (Estimated) Closed DateActual Closed Date is the opportunity is Closed, else Estimated Close Date

 

Filter on Date

This data visualization comes with a filter on the Date value. This feature enables you to focus on the period you are interested in.

You can filter dates at multiple levels: Day, Week, Month, Quarter or Year.
